Privacy Policy

At Hundello the security of your personal information is truly a top priority. We believe that not each of the clicks you make online needs to be traceable, nor does every large global corporation need to have access to your data. That is precisely why we do not use all the standard trackers, such as Google Analytics, Matomo or similar analytics tools. You will also not find any social media plugins that can track your activity across different websites. To do wholly without is, unfortunately, not doable at the moment. So we have put together a brief summary for you on what data we collect and what we do with it.

1. What Data Do We Save?

We do not have the option to create a user account on our site, nor do we send out a newsletter or have a contact form. The only information we get from you is the IP address of the device you use to visit hundello.de. Theoretically, you could hide your real IP address from us with a VPN.

If you’ve ever sent us an email, we will have stored your email address so we can communicate with you. Once your questions were answered and the ticket was closed, we delete the email history plus your email address and any information that you sent us by email.

2. What Data Does Our Advertising Partner Save?

The vast majority of banner ads on hundello.de are placed by our marketer mso digital GmbH & Co. KG, who also stores your IP address once you accept the cookies and tries to create an advertising profile for you from this data to ideally display ads that might interest you.

By rejecting the cookies or by using an in-browser ad blocker, you can prevent your IP address from being passed on to our marketer.

3. What Do We Do With You IP Address?

Our servers log every access to the data we provide, creating a log file that is primarily used to troubleshoot technical errors.

Theoretically, we could also track which page you have read and for how long. But rest assured knowing that we can only assign this data to an IP address, not to an actual person.

If a crime is committed, we would pass this data on to the law enforcement authorities. They, however, could then find out from your Internet provider who is really behind the IP address (even if it is disguised by a VPN).

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We only store your emails until your inquiry has been handled and your ticket has been closed. We store your IP address permanently for technical reasons. If you’re not okay with this, please tell us your IP address and we will delete it as soon as possible.

5. Who Is the Data Protection Officer Pursuant to the GDPR?

If you have any questions about our data policy or would like to have your IP address deleted, please contact our data protection officer:
